Fashion 101: Men Who Wear Flip Flops it Just Disgust Me

Hey Loves,

Today I will be talking about MEN who wear flip flops, thongs sandals, gladiator sandals whatever in God's name you will like to call them.

But I get so digusted when I see this....

This is NOT and I repeat NOT attractive at least to me. I know their are women out their who don't mind if their boyfriend, fiancee or husband where these type of shoes but I'm not jumping on that bandwagon.

Honestly when I see a GUY in FLIP FLOPS the first questions that pop in my head are 

"Is he GAY (a homosexual person)

or METROSEXUAL (a heterosexual man who spends a lot of time and money on hisappearance and likes to shop)?" 

To me FLIP FLOPS are shoe's that  women should only wear because they are FEMININE.  I want a man that is Masculine when it comes to his wardrobe, because I will be damned if he thinks I'mma be letting him wear my flip flops and skinny jeans that is crossing the Line to me.

The Background...

So as I mentioned in my intro... I am going to be relaxer/perm free for 2 years in October. I had decided to go natural because of was just tired of having to go through that process just to get straight manageable hair.

I was inspired by sooo many people on youtube. One in particular that I can mention would have to be PrettyDimples, make sure you go look her up. I had just loved the way she took care of hair && of course I fell in love with her curls. I wanted to see what it would be like to do something out of my norm. So therefore I transitioned.

My transition was a very long process, I had just decided to let my perm ends just grow all the way out. I never did a big chop, which meant cutting the relaxed ends off. Although I did trim my ends a little bit here and there but not too much. In a way, I was afraid to lose it. It was and still is my comfort. I know hair will grow back but I just couldn't see myself with short hair.

Of course it was a struggle dealing with two different textures but obviously I managed!!

My Love of One Chance

I fell in love with One Chance after ii had seen the video for "Look At Her" back in 05/06... I just knew they were qone be something big && ii was so heartbroken when they went through it with Usher. So sadly afterawhile I had forgotten all about them, not completely Look At Her was like my theme song, but I had just figured they weren't going to be making a comeback. Until one day I logged on ustream && saw their channel, I was overwhelmed to see Jon. From that day on I watched them everyday && fell head over heels back in love with them. The fact that they sat there && actually talked to all of us amazed me because no other celeb would actually do it, or atleast not the way they did. They were so appreciative of our support & us taking time to watch them live. The fact of seeing them work so hard to get to where they want to be was encouraging to me && I love them for never giving up. I know now that there going to be unstoppable when they make it to the top. This year is their time to reign!! I love you guys soooo much && in due time I know all your hard work will be paid off.

My Topic

I will cover my thoughts on Natural Hair & Perfume.

As far as natural hair goes I will be natural for 2 year as of October 19, 2010.

So look forward to my insight on what works best for me in that category. Hopefully you can tweak it so that it will work for your hair.

Today I will be talking about Leggings, as you can see from the title. Most of you may not be aware but leggings are a type of fitted clothing covering the legs, which can be worn by women. They're typically made from a blend of lyrca, spandex, nylon , cotton or polyester. They're available in multitude of colours and decorative designs.

 But, what I'm tired of seeing is stuff like this.....

 First off Sheer Leggings are a No, No, they will not make you look sexy. Instead you will look  a bit slutty and like a prostitute. 

: The outfit is cute but she needs to lose the leggings and throw on some black sheer stockings.

Home chick didn't know if she was hot or cold so she threw on some leggings. Outfit of a confused chick.

Screams out Camel Toe. Since when did showing the size of your vagina become cute. Its quite obvious that  her leggings are too small.

With all of that said now I will disclose three ways at which you can incorporate leggings into your wardrobe without looking like fool like the ladies above.

1. Throw your leggings out and purchase some jeggings. (Jeans + Leggings = Jeggings.) They are basically extremely skinny jeans that look like leggings. The fabric is much thicker then your regular pair of leggings. Also, jeggings are stretchable just as while.

2. Buy the right kind that fits your body type. If you are short in height, then petite sizes will be appropriate. The same applies for the tall sizes to buy appropriately for your height.

3. Be sure to pick darker colors like blue, black, indigo. Theses colors will make you look sleeker and slim. All sizes can wear jeggings from the petite to the plus sizes. Jeggings don't discriminate leggings do.
